Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Experienced Dispatcher. The Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, effectively scheduling and coordinating deliveries, and communicating with drivers to ensure timely execution of routes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members, monitoring the progress of shipments, addressing delivery issues, and complying with transportation regulations. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between the company, drivers, and clients to ensure operational success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dispatching, Scheduling, and Route Planning
• Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Understanding of Transportation Regulations, Compliance Requirements, and Industry Standards
• Ability to use Logistics Software, GPS Systems, and other related tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in logistics or a related field is preferred
