Job Description

  1.   Develop and implement account development plans aligned with FMCG sales and distribution strategy
  2.   Identify opportunities for market expansion, new outlets, and volume growth within assigned territories
  3.   Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
  4.   Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
  5.   Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and visibility initiatives
  6.   Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and brand presence
  7.   Support forecasting, budgeting, and target planning for assigned accounts

Job Requirements

  •   Strong understanding of FMCG sales, distribution, and trade marketing
  •  Experience in handling distributors, retailers, and channel partners
  •   Ability to execute sales strategies at the ground level
  •   Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  •  Analytical skills for sales tracking and market analysis
  •  Proficiency in Sales Force Automation (SFA), CRM tools, and MS Excel
  •   High energy, result-oriented, and field-ready mindset
