Job Description
- Develop and implement account development plans aligned with FMCG sales and distribution strategy
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, new outlets, and volume growth within assigned territories
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
- Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
- Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and visibility initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and brand presence
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and target planning for assigned accounts
