Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist based in Cairo. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues. The role involves active communication, assisting with customer support, and ensuring that clients' experiences align with the company's high standards of service and excellence.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to foster and maintain positive relationships.
• Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations management.
• Experience in Customer Support, including addressing and resolving customer concerns with professionalism.
• Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the tourism development or real estate sector is a plus.
