Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent, based in Qesm El Maadi with the flexibility of some remote work. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, selling insurance policies, assisting clients in understanding various insurance plans (including Takaful insurance options), and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and claim processes. The role requires meeting sales targets while building and maintaining strong client relationships.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Takaful insurance practices is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in insurance, sales, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and within a hybrid environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
