A leading transportation company is looking for experienced Fleet Operations Supervisors to manage daily fleet activities across multiple regions in Saudi Arabia.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in fleet operations, dispatching, fuel transport, car carriers, , and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet and transportation operations.
• Coordinate with dispatchers for trip planning, routing, and driver assignments.
• Monitor vehicle movement, performance, and timely delivery.
• Manage drivers, schedules, and operational compliance.
• Follow up on fuel transport, car carrier, tipper, and logistics activities.
• Ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
• Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with branch management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet operations or transportation supervision.
• Experience working closely with dispatchers and drivers.
• Strong knowledge of trip planning, routing, and fleet coordination.
• Experience in fuel transport, car carrier, tippers, or logistics operations is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
