Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Debt Settlement Specialist – U.S. Projects. The Debt Settlement Specialist will be responsible for analyzing financial documents, negotiating settlements, and managing trading activities. Daily tasks involve communicating with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective debt settlement processes. The specialist will be required to collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a client portfolio and ensure timely collections
• Make outbound calls and negotiate payments professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Fluent English speakers (spoken & written)
• Graduates, Dropouts, or Gap Year candidates are welcome

Job Details:

• Full-time position
• Fixed shift: 4 PM – 12:30 AM
• Fixed days off: Saturday & Sunday
• Salary paid in USD
• Attractive commission structure (also in USD) - Unlimited
• Work location: On-site only – Nasr City
