Agriventure is an exponentially growing agriculture company and the market leader in the Egyptian berries growing and export marketRole DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Digital Transformation & Odoo Implementation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous development of Odoo ERP across the company. This roleis responsible for translating business operations into efficient digital workflows, ensuring successful adoption, and continuously improving systems to support growth, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo.Key Responsibilities1. Odoo Strategy & Architecture • Design the overall Odoo structure aligned with company operations and growth plans • Select, configure, and integrate relevant Odoo modules, including but not limited to: • Accounting & Finance • Inventory & Warehousing • Manufacturing / Processing • Sales & CRM • Purchasing & Supplier Management • HR & Payroll • Quality & Traceability (agriculture/export) • Define master data structures (products, BOMs, locations, cost centers, etc.)⸻2. Work flow Design & Process Optimization • Map existing business processes and re-engineer them into efficient digital workflows • Eliminate manual work, duplication, and non-value-added steps • Ensure workflows comply with: • Internal controls • Audit requirements • Export / agriculture regulations • Document workflows and system logic clearly⸻3. Implementation & Project Management • Lead Odoo implementation from requirements to go-live • Coordinate with: • Internal departments (finance, operations, production, sales) • External Odoo partners, developers, and consultants • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables • Ensure smooth data migration and system testing⸻4. User Adoption & Change Management • Train users across all departments • Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams • Support users post-go-live and handle system issues • Drive user adoption and accountability⸻5. Continuous Improvement & Development • Continuously improve and expand Odoo functionality • Identify automation opportunities and new modules • Oversee custom developments and integrations (if needed) • Ensure system scalability as the company grows⸻6. Reporting & Decision Support • Design dashboards and KPIs for management • Ensure data accuracy and real-time visibility • Support leadership with insights from Odoo dataللتقديم الان
