Role Description
We are seeking German-speaking professionals for a full-time Call Center role, located on-site in Cairo. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries or issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also involve cross-functional collaboration and effectively utilizing tools to handle interactions with customers and document case details.
Qualifications
Proficiency in German (spoken and written communication skills) and a good command of English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools or customer interaction platforms is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or relevant fields are a plus
