Windsor University, a U.S.-based higher-education institution headquartered in Washington, D.C., is expanding its Cairo office in Nasr City and seeking a motivated Admissions Officer (Social Media & Call Center Experience). The selected candidate will manage student inquiries, engage through social media platforms, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle and process applications for Windsor University’s hybrid and online academic programs.
· Respond promptly to inquiries and leads via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
· Convert leads into enrolled students through strong communication and proactive follow-up.
· Support applicants through every step of the admissions and visa process.
· Collaborate with the U.S.-based academic and admissions teams.
· Create and manage social-media content promoting Windsor University’s programs and activities.
· Track engagement metrics, analyze lead conversions, and provide progress reports.
· Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely administrative completion.
· Review Windsor University’s website to stay updated on programs and policies.
Qualifications
· Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
· Demonstrated ability to manage messages and inquiries across social media platforms.
· Strong customer-service, sales, and lead-conversion capabilities.
· Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or call-center environments (preferred).
· Familiarity with international or online higher-education systems (an advantage).
· Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.
Work Conditions and Benefits
· Working Hours: 8 hours/day (12 PM – 8 PM or flexible 2 PM – 10 PM).
· Overtime: Available with additional pay.
· Insurance: Provided after 6 months.
· Annual Salary Increase: Based on performance review.
