Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues related to VSAT Systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Track VSAT and Solar systems issues all the way to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Follow up with clients to ensure their Satisfactions.
• Monitor and maintain VSAT and other systems
• Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
• Assist colleagues in the team with mentoring and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Of Communication Engineering
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in a related Field
• Familiar with different types of VSAT, Antennas and RF equipment's
• Familiar with different types of Seatel and other Marine systems
• Familiar with configuring and troubleshooting VOIP, VGK and VGW equipments.
• Familiar with different types of Servers and their operating system.
• Excellent communications and team player skill.
