We are looking for a motivated Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team and contribute to large-scale Oracle implementations, with a strong focus on Time and Labor.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

📦 Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle HCM or HR Systems

🎖 Oracle HCM Certification is a plus

🗣 Strong English communication skills

🤝 Excellent communication & teamwork skills

🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

⏱ Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

🧩 Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Oracle HCM modules, with a primary focus on Time and Labor
• Participate in system configuration, support, and optimization
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into HCM solutions
• Support users and ensure smooth day-to-day system operations
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Assist in testing, documentation, and system enhancements
