Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Designer, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Architectural Designer will create innovative architectural designs and detailed construction drawings, contributing to projects that balance aesthetic appeal and functional living spaces. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, developing blueprints, supporting urban planning initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Design, and Drawing
• Experience creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and best practices
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is a strong asset
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations is a plus
