Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Telesales role based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility for remote work. The C1 English Telesales role involves engaging with customers through effective communication to promote products or services. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, building client relationships, addressing inquiries, and meeting sales targets. The role also requires maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to continually improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Strong English Teaching and Communication skills, with a proficiency of C1 level or higher
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Experience with Translation and Training to effectively communicate and support customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic work settings
• Prior experience in telesales or a customer-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
