As a C1 English Travel Advisor at FlairsTech, you will handle travel arrangements, provide excellent customer service, and act as the first point of contact for clients seeking support. Key responsibilities include creating travel itineraries, managing bookings, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a professional and friendly approach. This is a full-time hybrid role, where you will be based in Qesm El Maadi, with some tasks performed remotely.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to address clients' needs effectively and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, including proficiency in English at a C1 level, and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and working with a Travel Agency or related industries, with knowledge of booking systems and procedures being an advantage.
- Problem-solving abilities, a detail-oriented mindset, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant professional experience is preferred.
