Role Description
We are hiring Mechanical Engineering Call Center Agents (Fluent English Speakers) for a full-time, on-site role supporting a leading global automotive company. The role is based in October Motamiz, Cairo, Egypt, with transportation provided.
As a Call Center Agent, you will:
Handle technical and customer inquiries related to automotive products and services.
Provide accurate and professional support to international customers.
Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Work in a morning shift schedule with rotational days off.
Qualifications Mechanical Engineering background (mandatory).
Fluent English (C1 level) — excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for the automotive field and innovation.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
Offer Salary: EGP 40,000 Gross
