Role Description
We are hiring a full-time C1 English Customer Service Representative for a hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with options to work from home part-time. In this role, you will handle customer interactions through various channels such as calls, emails, or live chat to provide support and resolve inquiries. You will address customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver excellent service while meeting performance goals and adhering to company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in delivering an excellent Customer Experience and ensuring customer retention
- Ability to work well in a team, handle multiple tasks, and problem-solve efficiently
- Proficient English language skills (minimum C1 level) with exceptional communication abilities
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use communication tools effectively
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment based in Cairo, Egypt
