Job Description
- Monitor and develop the maintenance team’s performance.
- Monitor progress and ensure achievement of all targets.
- Improve team performance by continuously monitoring and developing individual and group performance.
- Operate service operations by executing sector strategies through setting objectives and action plans and monitoring their implementation.
- Operate service operations by preparing periodic reports and presentations and communicating team needs.
- Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by creating performance development plans and following up on required actions.
- Improve supervisors’ performance through coaching and regular follow-up on KPIs.
- Develop supervisors’ management skills and behavior by monitoring daily operations and providing feedback.
- Manage and develop service operations by improving overall service performance and strengthening cross-functional relationships.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving response time and feedback accuracy.
- Execute operational projects by initiating new projects and contributing to ongoing project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.)
- 2-5 years of related experience.
- Very good Spoken and written command of English language.
- Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience
- Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
- Problem-solving skills through innovation and creativity
- Manage, monitor, and develop service operations teams through supervising and coaching of group supervisors, as well as monitoring technician’s whole performance, follow the day-by-day field operations for achieving the objectives, achieving the operational KPIs, the sales target and develop people
