Job Description

Monitor and develop the maintenance team’s performance.
Monitor progress and ensure achievement of all targets.
Improve team performance by continuously monitoring and developing individual and group performance.
Operate service operations by executing sector strategies through setting objectives and action plans and monitoring their implementation.
Operate service operations by preparing periodic reports and presentations and communicating team needs.
Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by creating performance development plans and following up on required actions.
Improve supervisors’ performance through coaching and regular follow-up on KPIs.
Develop supervisors’ management skills and behavior by monitoring daily operations and providing feedback.
Manage and develop service operations by improving overall service performance and strengthening cross-functional relationships.
Enhance customer satisfaction by improving response time and feedback accuracy.
Execute operational projects by initiating new projects and contributing to ongoing project

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.)
2-5 years of related experience.
Very good Spoken and written command of English language.
Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience
Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
Problem-solving skills through innovation and creativity
Manage, monitor, and develop service operations teams through supervising and coaching of group supervisors, as well as monitoring technician’s whole performance, follow the day-by-day field operations for achieving the objectives, achieving the operational KPIs, the sales target and develop people
