ring: Telecom Sales & Retention Specialist – Verizon Global Operations

In this role, your income is not limited to a flat rate. This position offers a competitive base salary plus an UNCAPPED SALES BONUS structure—designed for those who are motivated by financial rewards and performance excellence.
Compensation and Key Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 21,800 EGP (Gross).
- Uncapped Sales Bonus: No ceiling on your earnings. Your performance directly dictates your monthly commission.
- Transportation: Provided 24/7 (door-to-door or collection points).

- Location: 6th of October/ New-Cairo
Training and Stability
We provide an extensive 3-month training period to ensure you become an expert in Verizon’s products and retention strategies.
- Schedule Stability: Shifts remain relatively stable throughout the training duration.
- Fixed Weekends: During training, off days are fixed as Saturday and Sunday.
Working Hours (Post-Training)
To support our global customer base, shifts operate within the following window:
- First Shift Starts: 3:00 PM.
- Last Shift Ends: 6:00 AM.
- Structure: 9-hour workdays (including a 1-hour and 15-minute break).
- Days Off: 5 working days, 2 days off per week (Rotational after the training period).
About the Role
As a Telecom Sales & Retention Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining the Verizon subscriber base and driving revenue growth:
- Retention Excellence: Use advanced negotiation skills to retain customers who are considering canceling their service.
- Sales Execution: Identify opportunities to up sell premium data packages, 5G solutions, and hardware.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert insights on Verizon connectivity and digital services.
- Performance Focus: Meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven customer service or sales experience.
- Language: Excellent command of English (B2 level minimum).
- Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and a competitive mindset.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to explain.
