Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Customs Authority and relevant government entities to complete clearance procedures.

• Monitor the inbound and outbound movement of goods to and from the yard in accordance with customs permits.

• Ensure that customs documentation accurately matches the actual goods on site.

• Follow up on customs duties, ensuring timely payment or proper recording in the systems.

• Resolve customs-related issues such as delays, document discrepancies, or additional requests from authorities.

• Maintain well-organized records of all customs transactions for future reference.

• Ensure continuous compliance with updated customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
