Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Manager role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Tendering Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of the tendering process within the advertising field. Responsibilities include preparing detailed tender documents, analyzing client requirements, coordinating with internal departments for timely submissions, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that the organization secures competitive contracts while adhering to company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, with the ability to draft, review, and submit compelling proposals.
- Proficiency in Procurement and Sales, with a strong ability to negotiate contracts and secure competitive opportunities.
- Solid Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of tasks to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the advertising or marketing field is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
