Are you passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and helping people stay productive? We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and incidents
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Support network connectivity and user access issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Assist with IT onboarding for new employees
Security & Compliance
- Adhere to company IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Ensure data privacy and protection in all support operations
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to support IT infrastructure
- Coordinate with external vendors and technical service providers
Span of Communication
- All departments, IT Infrastructure, and Security Teams
- Vendors, service providers, and technical support partners
Boundaries & Decision-Making
- Operates within defined IT support protocols
- Escalates issues outside scope
- No authority for procurement or major configuration changes
Qualifications & Skills
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred: 2+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience
