Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Sales Engineer located in Cairo. The Mechanical Sales Engineer will play a critical role in identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and promoting the company's mechanical products and services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, preparing technical proposals, providing technical support, and closely collaborating with the sales and technical teams to achieve sales targets. The role requires delivering excellent customer service while staying informed about industry trends and advancements in technology.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to effectively understand and address customer requirements
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Experience in sales, including developing and executing sales strategies
• Ability to analyze technical problems and provide innovative solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with industrial services and related products is a plus
• Proficient in using sales and technical software tools
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively
