JOB PURPOSE

Achieving ASG Quality objectives by supervising quality control systems to ensure meeting ASG products Quality standards through continuous concerns resolution and proper management of changes.

TASKS

• Manage daily activities of the quality inspectors and coordinate and improve quality control processes with responsibility for high level product quality

• Provide manufacturing floor support relative to process trouble-shooting and on the job training • Develop individualized training program for quality inspectors and production teams, to bring the individuals “up to speed” with continued training as needed

• Analyze customer complaints and professionally support customer communication

• Improve quality processes focusing on customer satisfaction and competitiveness through six sigma and lean tools

• Monitor, analyze and improve main quality indexes (cost, defect rate, RFT%)

• Lead quality meetings in order to analyze and solve quality issues

• Develop process auditing routines to assure compliance to established procedures, maintain area in a condition that support ISO compliance

• Lead technical regulation and standard product and process audits, address non-conformities

• Manage scraping and rework processes in Oracle ERP system

• Experience in application of FMEA and risk mitigation

EXPERIENCE

7-9 years of experience in a quality control , preferably in a multinational manufacturing organization.

EDUCATION

B.Sc. in relevant Engineering degree, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
