Role Overview

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in both client delivery and team leadership. You will be responsible for managing complex itineraries, overseeing daily operations, and supporting the growth and performance of the travel consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex, multi-sector travel itineraries (air, hotels, ground services, and packages)
• Oversee end-to-end reservation processes and ensure accuracy of bookings
• Manage daily operations and resolve escalations efficiently
• Lead, mentor, and motivate junior travel consultants
• Set team targets, monitor performance, and drive productivity and service quality
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups
• Ensure high service standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the travel industry (domestic & international markets)
• Proven experience handling complex itineraries
• Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong customer engagement, sales, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
• Passion for travel and delivering top-tier customer service
• Familiarity with popular destinations and itineraries is a plus
