Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Travel Consultant, located in Egypt. The Sales Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and arranging their travel itineraries, booking reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves consulting with travelers, coordinating travel logistics with suppliers, offering tailored travel recommendations, and managing client inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management in GCC markets is preferable
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to handle diverse client needs
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
• Familiarity with global travel trends and destinations
• Proficiency in using travel-related software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
