Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt, as a Senior Operations role at Misr2000 For Medical Conferences. The role involves overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring the seamless execution of medical conferences, exhibitions, and meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, developing operational strategies, and implementing project plans to meet organizational goals.

• Lead and manage end-to-end operations for national and international events (conferences, exhibitions, corporate events).
• Supervise logistics, and on-site operations.
• Develop detailed operations plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure smooth event execution.
• Work closely with Medical Event Managers, Production, Audio Visual, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operational integration for medical events.
• Serve as a key operational point of contact for clients and stakeholders on medical event projects.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience 
• Strong understanding of medical event specific logistical requirements and compliance.
• Excellent Communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic event environments.
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in event management or the medical field is a plus
