Role Description

This full-time remote Senior Travel Consultant role involves designing comprehensive travel itineraries for clients, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations with accuracy. The role requires collaboration with clients to understand their unique travel needs and provide personalized solutions. Offering superior customer service and ensuring smooth trip execution are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong experience in Customer Service and Reservations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using travel management software and booking systems
• Familiarity with global and Saudi travel destinations and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• Relevant industry certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
