Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Customer Service position based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role requires proactive communication to address customer needs efficiently while upholding high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with clients.
- C1-level proficiency in English and Translation skills to handle communication accurately and fluently.
- Experience in English Teaching and Training to guide and support colleagues or clients where required.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer complaints constructively and efficiently.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a collaborative hybrid environme
