Job Description:

  • Coordinate with the Sales team in defining the commercial approach and tactics for each customer segment/type.
  • Maximize sales achievements in terms of quantity, GP, MS through their teams
  • Progressively monitor required reports on individual sales activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop positive relations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure healthy sales environment.
  • Supervise and follow up with the collection of due receivables (AR, NR, LGs, etc..).
  • Monitor the performance of sales representatives, in terms of commercial efforts, quality of client portfolio (share of wallet, collection, etc.), growth achieved, sales mix, and adherence to sales policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with Aftersales for bundle offers (e.g., Spare Parts, Service Contracts, Complimentary services, etc…)
  • Coordinate with marketing team for different activities.


Job Requirements:

  • Educational Requirements: Relevant Bachelor’s degree/ Engineering Background is preferred
  • Special Certification or Training Required: Sales Management, Leadership & Negotiation skills.
  • Required Industry Experience: 7-9 years of Experience in various sales aspects (Material Handling/Forklift is preferred )
  • Language Requirements: Very good Command of English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent in Communication & Negotiation Skills.
