Job Description
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales engineering team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Manage key accounts and major projects.
- Oversee technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and other internal departments to meet client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitors and report to top management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7–10 years of experience in sales engineering.
- Strong experience in LV & MV electrical panels (ABB systems preferred).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial offers.
- Good command of English is preferred.
