Job Description

• Lead, manage, and develop the sales engineering team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Manage key accounts and major projects.
• Oversee technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and other internal departments to meet client requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitors and report to top management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in sales engineering.
• Strong experience in LV & MV electrical panels (ABB systems preferred).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Good command of English is preferred.
