Job Title:Senior Architecture / Interior Technical Office Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architecture / Interior Technical Office Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical office experience and the ability to deliver accurate, coordinated, and high-quality architectural documentation for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare execution drawings, including detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and specialized construction details.

• Develop material approval lists and ensure all materials and specifications align with project requirements.

• Create coordination drawings to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.

• Apply solid knowledge of architectural design principles, space planning, building codes, and regulatory standards.

• Perform quantity take-offs for architectural finishes and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• Draft technical specifications for construction items and prepare detailed material schedules.

• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and high quality across all architectural documentation throughout all project stages.

• Work closely with project teams to effectively identify, coordinate, and resolve design and technical issues.
