We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant for MICE and groups to join our growing team and support high-profile events and corporate clients.

About the Role:

As a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant for MICE and groups, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage MICE events from planning to execution
• Liaise with hotels, venues, suppliers, and service providers
• Manage room blocks, event logistics, transportation, and on-ground operations
• Handle flight bookings and reservations through the Amadeus system, including group and event-related travel
• Support budgeting, quotations, and post-event reporting
• Ensure high service standards and timely delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in MICE operations or corporate events
• Strong knowledge of hotels, venues, and event logistics
• Knowledge of the Amadeus system to support group bookings, flights, and event-related travel arrangements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Very good command of English
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
