Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic Financial Advisor to manage a high-stakes real estate and estate crisis involving a portfolio valued at over 56 Million EGP. This role requires a unique blend of financial forensic skills, negotiation capability with major developers, and expertise in inheritance dispute resolution.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and safeguard a diversified real estate portfolio worth 56+ Million EGP.
• Conduct in-depth debt analysis and lead negotiations with major real estate developers (e.g., TMG) to restructure liabilities.
• Prepare certified, court-ready financial reports and forensic accounting statements.
• Structure complex family settlements regarding inheritance disputes and asset distribution.
• Perform commercial and residential property valuations to establish fair market value.
• Execute financial forensic analysis to trace historical investments and cash flows.
• Develop cash flow models and debt restructuring strategies to resolve liquidity crises.

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-10 years in financial accounting, consulting, or distressed asset management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certifications: CPA, CMA, or CFA designations are highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and property valuation methodologies.
• Languages: Excellent command of Arabic (for formal reporting) and good English.
• Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of Egyptian inheritance laws, real estate contracts, and court-related financial procedures.
