Job Purpose

To supervise and control payroll activities, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely salary processing through Oracle, while maintaining coordination with HR and Finance functions.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage end-to-end payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments through Oracle.
• Review payroll data, deductions, allowances, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments regarding payroll matters.
• Prepare payroll reports and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Maintain payroll records and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of payroll experience, with using Oracle Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, calculations, and compliance.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
