Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales role located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, promoting company solutions, and addressing customer inquiries. Other responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and collaborating with the sales team to support overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse clients.
- Proven Sales experience and the ability to identify and act on new business opportunities.
- Capability to deliver Training to clients and stakeholders on products and services.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
