Senior Supply Chain – Exporting Fresh Fruit

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Supply Chain will oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across procurement, inventory management, and distribution. Responsibilities include coordinating with farms and logistics partners, optimizing the supply chain process, analyzing supply and demand trends, and driving performance improvements. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to meet customer satisfaction standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management across Egypt, UAE, and Qatar.
2. Ensure compliance with QC standards, develop QA policies, and oversee product sorting, grading, and quality control strategies.
3. Coordinate production planning, implement scrap and re-packing strategies, and monitor quality at branch levels.
4. Handle export documentation, shipping certificates, claims follow-up, and maintain accurate export and subsidy records.
5. Drive continuous product development and quality improvement initiatives.
6. Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and ensure overall adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
