We are seeking a qualified professional with a solid understanding of insurance plans (HMO vs PPO). The ideal candidate will have experience using EW (eClinicalWorks) and a background in medical or pharmacy-related fields
Requirements
.Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven experience handling high call volumes.
• Strong understanding of insurance (HMO & PPO)
• ECW (eClinicalWorks) experience
• Medical or pharmacy background is a must
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Egypt time)
Saturday & Sunday off
