Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell our products/services by engaging directly with customers in outdoor or field environments. This role involves building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door, on-site, or field sales activities
• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories
• Present and explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Gather customer feedback and report market trends
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with a positive, resilient attitude
• Ability to work independently and outdoors for extended periods
• Comfortable meeting new people and handling objections
• Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
