Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Giza, for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The role involves designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, conducting job evaluations, and ensuring fair and competitive compensation structures. The specialist will analyze market trends, work with HR and management to strategize compensation planning, and ensure compliance with industry standards to support company objectives and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Compensation Planning and Compensation Management
• Knowledge of Job Evaluation and Development of Compensation Structures
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret compensation data effectively
• Proficiency in HR best practices and local labor regulations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
