Job Title: NOC EngineerLocation: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Construction & Contracting (High-Rise Building Projects)Package: Salary: AED 18K-20K (depending on experience) Benefits: Visa, Ticket, Insurance (self) Other benefits negotiableJob Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to manage and obtain necessary approvals, NOCs, and permits for our high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authority coordination and a proven track record of securing approvals from relevant authorities.Key Responsibilities: Manage and obtain NOCs and permits from authorities including DM, DDA, DEWA, DCD, RTA, Trakhees, EHS, DEQ, Etisalat, DU, Empower, and Tabreed Coordinate with authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and bylaws Prepare and submit applications for approvals and permits Track and follow up on application status Liaise with project teams to ensure timely submission of required documents Develop and maintain relationships with authority representativesRequirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management Minimum 7-10 years of experience in authority coordination in Dubai Proven experience in securing approvals for high-rise residential and commercial buildings Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai authority procedures and online portals Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously UAE Driving License is preferredService Charge to be charged from Candidate upon confirmation from employer.
