Job description

The Plumbing Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all plumbing works on site to ensure installation is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise day-to-day plumbing installation works including water supply, drainage, sewer, storm water, and sanitary systems.

Allocate work tasks to plumbers and helpers and ensure productivity targets are met.

Ensure plumbing works are executed according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.

Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with QCS and local authority requirements.

Coordination & Planning

Coordinate with MEP engineers, civil teams, fit-out teams, subcontractors, and other trades to avoid clashes.

Plan work activities in line with project schedules and material availability.

Assist in resolving site issues, technical problems, and installation challenges.
