Position: Senior Architectural Designer & Structural Design Engineer

Modern Engineering Group for Architecture is a leading architectural and engineering firm with over 20 years of experience across Egypt and the Middle East. We specialize in delivering high-quality design solutions for medium and large-scale projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

We are currently hiring experienced professionals to join our Cairo office for the following positions:

• Senior Architectural Designer / Lead Architect

Experience Required: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage medium and large-scale architectural projects to final delivery.
• Oversee design teams and ensure high standards of creativity and technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review and approve architectural drawings and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project, timelines, and applicable codes.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior architects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in architectural design.
• Strong leadership background in medium and large-scale projects.
• Excellent proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
• Strong command of AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Structural Design Engineer – Technical Office

Experience Required: 5+ Years

(Design & technical office role only – not a site position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for medium and large-scale projects.
• Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design.
• High proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE).
• BIM experience is highly preferred.
