Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Back Office Agents specializing in English-speaking voice and non-voice support, located in Cairo. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and concerns through calls and non-voice channels, maintaining accurate records, processing high volumes of administrative tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service delivery. Agents will also need to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while meeting company quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Strong administrative skills: Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer service proficiency: Excellent problem-solving skills, focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Familiarity with communication tools: Experience with phone systems, chat platforms, and similar tools used in voice and non-voice support operations.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work within a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Adaptability to shifts or flexible working hours as required by the role.
  • Prior experience in a back-office, BPO, or customer support role is an advantage.
  • A relevant educational background is preferred but not mandatory.
