Job summary
The Key Account Sales Lead is responsible for leading and growing Beko’s strategic key accounts by driving sales performance, strengthening long-term partnerships, and ensuring effective execution across retail operations. The role focuses on managing high-value accounts, leading negotiations, coordinating cross-functional execution, and delivering sustainable revenue growth within the home appliances and consumer electronics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned strategic key accounts to achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Own the end-to-end account strategy, including planning, execution, negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Build and sustain long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, buyers, and decision-makers within key accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, promotions, contracts, listings, and in-store visibility.
- Drive effective execution of go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales Operations.
- Ensure optimal stock availability, merchandising standards, and brand presence across key retail partners.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Logistics, After-Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless account operations.
- Lead account reviews, prepare performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Act as the main escalation point for key accounts, ensuring timely resolution of operational and commercial issues.
- Support capability building and best-practice sharing within the sales team when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and key account management principles.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in outdoor sales or key account management within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
- Valid driver’s license and ownership of a car.
