Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality English Customer Service Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, the role involves handling hospitality-related tasks, ensuring efficient service in food and beverage areas, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service and Hospitality skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure satisfactory experiences
Excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly, both verbally and in writing
Experience in Food & Beverage and Hospitality Service operations is advantageous
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Ability to communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus
Prior experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role is preferred
