Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor H&S policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and site safety inspections
• Deliver safety inductions, training, and toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
• Stop unsafe acts and support corrective actions
• Respond to incidents, support investigations, and prepare safety reports
• Coordinate with subcontractors on safety inspections, audits, and documentation
• Track and report H&S performance and trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction H&S
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and best practices
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification required
• Degree in Safety Management or related field
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
