Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Experience Agent, based in Heliopolis. The Client Experience Agent will be responsible for warmly welcoming clients, addressing inquiries about services and products, scheduling appointments, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Additional duties include managing client communications via phone and email, obtaining feedback to enhance the overall client experience, and collaborating with other team members to maintain a pleasant customer journey from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Experience in customer service, client relations, or similar roles, particularly in wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage appointments and inquiries efficiently.
• Problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach to address and resolve any concerns.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software, customer management tools, and basic computer applications.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent experiences.
• Prior experience in the aesthetic, spa, or healthcare sector is a plus.
