For a big Tourism & Travel company located in Heliopolis, Cairo, P&M are looking for a motivated Tourism Counsellor (speaks French & Arabic) to assume the following responsibilities:

• Prepare programs' itinerary for individuals & groups.
• Prepare quotations.
• Handle materialized bookings.
• Prepare invoices for the files.
• Book Hotels, Nile cruises & Air tickets
• Prepare service orders for all branches & the Traffic department.
• Prepare the Tourism police reports.
• Issue payments and vouchers.
• Assign qualified guides.
• Finalize the files on system.
• Possibility for solving problems within authorized limit.
• Assist their senior in preparing the full documentation of the file including all correspondence, quotation, and invoice.
