Job Summary
The Workforce Analyst is responsible for analyzing schedule performance, forecast accuracy, and historical trends to continuously improve workforce planning
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Forecasting & Planning
Analyze forecast accuracy, scheduling performance, and underlying assumptions
Review historical trends to improve future workforce plans
Adjust staffing models to meet service level and profitability targets
Identify skill gaps and develop staffing strategies to address them
Staffing & Scheduling Management
Prepare and manage staffing schedules to ensure operational coverage
Monitor real-time staffing needs and make necessary adjustments
Ensure efficient use of workforce resources
Performance Reporting
Generate regular reports on staff performance, attendance, and utilization
Provide insights to HR and management for decision-making
Track key workforce metrics and recommend improvements
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize forecasting, headcount planning, and scheduling processes
Support process enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operations
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in workforce management tools and Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
